I shall be giving a Beginner's Course in Tatting, planned for the end of February. The Classes are to be hosted by Vicky at the Little Shop of Hobbies, 11 Pedder Street, Morecambe, telephone (01524) 401 774, and should be a lot of fun.

Tatting is a beautiful form of lace work that can be used in so many ways; Vicky will be able to supply all the basic tools -- a tatting shuttle and some crochet cotton. Places are limited to ensure individual attention, so phone Vicky and book now!

The Sefton Wives Group kindly invited me to speak to them on 31st January at the Sefton Road United Reformed Church, Morecambe. The talk and demonstration -- Easy Elegance -- showed how to achieve a range of elegant outfits with little more than will fit into a carrier bag. Everyone had a lovely time and I really enjoyed myself.
